Return and Refund Policy
Buyer may only apply for the replacement or exchange of the item/s if under the following circumstances:
• The item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;
• The item has factory defects that can only be discovered upon opening of the package.
All defective merchandise for replacement or exchange must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
All merchandise for replacement or exchange must be accompanied with the official receipt of Best Value Factory Outlet Corp.
Buyer may not apply for the return of the Item and/or refund due to a change of mind.
Request for refund is subject for approval.
